A finished suite
New paint, flooring and lighting. Bring your chairs, tables or desks and open.
The Studios at 440 was created to give Capital Region entrepreneurs something hard to find: a private, professional suite they can afford, in a building where the other tenants are rooting for them.

The building is owned and operated by three partners with more than 50 years of combined experience in real estate development and construction. They created The Studios at 440 themselves, and they still handle leasing and upkeep directly, so questions go to a person, not a portal.
Salons, a nail bar, massage and skincare studios, a tattoo studio and other independent businesses work here side by side. A stylist's client discovers the nail bar down the hall. A barber sends a client upstairs for a facial. That overlap is the point. You run your own business and keep your own name, but you're not on your own.
