What is included in the rent?
Heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, 24/7 secure keyed access, an on-site security system, trash removal, common-area maintenance and free parking for you and your clients. There are no separate utility bills.
How long are the leases?

Yes. Suites come freshly finished, and tenants can choose their own wall colors and finishes and bring their own furniture and fixtures. Larger changes can be discussed during your tour.
Do I get access outside business hours?
Yes. Tenants have 24/7 keyed access with an on-site security system, so you can keep the hours your clients need.
